    Product description

    Shuttle blade air volume regulating valve is a patented product developed by the company independently. Air valve blade is shuttle shaped. Valve body and corner fittings are riveted without rivets. Self-lubricating powder metallurgy shaft sleeve and valve body flanging structure are adopted. It has been applied in ventilation system of many automobile coating plants. Ordinary and sealed air valves are superior to national and industrial requirements, and in leading position in China.

    Product features

    Shuttle blade structure of air valve can prevent the blade damage caused by excessive air volume and long-time operation, and enhance the strength of air valve. Shuttle blade structure can optimize air flow direction, reduce resistance and noise, improve control accuracy of valve, and ensure the reliability of micro positive pressure debugging of ventilation system. Valve body and corner fittings are riveted without rivets to avoid the reduction of corrosion resistance of valve body plate by welding. Die and mass production of air valve can ensure the standardization of parts. High precision assembly of air valve adopts self-lubricating powder metallurgy shaft sleeve and valve body flanging structure, which prolongs service life of air valve. Transmission parts of air valve are equipped outside valve body, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance and reduces maintenance cost.

    Straight blade air volume regulating valve

    Product description

    Straight blade air volume regulating valve is a kind of air volume control valve with firm structure, flexible adjustment and accurate positioning. Air valve can be installed on air duct directly and connected with air duct to control wind speed and adjust indoor air volume, which is convenient and flexible.

    Product description

    Circular air volume control valve is a single blade butterfly valve, which has the characteristics of firm structure, flexible adjustment and accurate positioning. It has been applied in many fields such as workshop ventilation, automobile coating, organic waste gas treatment, etc.

    Product features

    Circular air volume regulating valve can be made of carbon steel or SUS304 stainless steel. Valve shaft is sealed with high temperature resistant sealing rope without external leakage. Reinforcement bar added to the blade of large diameter valve can ensure the deflection of blade. For special field, closing valve can be sealed with rubber material to ensure the leakage inside the valve.

    Ultra high temperature circular valve

    Product description

    Ultra high temperature circular valve is made of ultra-high temperature resistant material, which can withstand up to 1200℃. Special heat insulation transmission mechanism applied can prevent external actuator from being damaged, which has been widely used in RTO and other systems containing ultra-high temperature gas.

    Valve shaft is through shaft. Blade and valve shaft are fastened by S30815 (253MA) bolts. Retaining ring is fully welded with the valve body. Reinforcing bars are added to blades and valve bodies of air valves larger than or equal to DN355. Sealing device of valve shaft extending out of insulation layer can avoid the leakage of high-temperature gas in pipeline along valve shaft, avoid the damage of heat conduction to actuator (electric or pneumatic actuator), and set an ultra-high temperature air valve heat insulation transmission mechanism.

    Ceramic fiber insulation cotton or ceramic fiber castable inside the internal insulation air valve can ensure heat insulation requirements of valve. High-quality high temperature resistant alloy steel used for the valve plate and shaft can ensure temperature resistance of the valve. Special heat insulation transmission mechanism used at both ends of valve spindle can prevent the actuator and shaft end fixed components from being damaged. High temperature resistant ceramic sealing rope used between valve shaft and valve body can make the valve leak free. Carbon steel material used in valve body and high temperature resistant silver paint added can avoid corrosion of valve body.

    Product description

    High airtight heavy duty air valve is applied in automobile coating system engineering, and is researched and developed for airtight corrosion-resistant ventilation system and viscous medium ventilation system in workshop spray room area, ventilation area and working area. This series of air valves are all made of carbon steel, SUS304 or other excellent alloy steel, with high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and good airtightness.

    Product features

    Special structure of valve blade improves the overall strength greatly. Except that the blade and valve shaft are connected and fixed by welding, the two pairs of blades and blade stiffeners are fixed by bolts, which can reduce installation deformation of blade, improve the tightness of valve significantly. Framework oil seal adopted by valve shaft and frame body can ensure that the valve’s good tightness in high temperature and high humidity environment. Valve shaft is fixed with bearings, which can strengthen support strength of valve shaft, reduce sliding friction, reduce output torque of actuator, and make service life of the valve longer.

    Sealed circular valve

    Product description

    Sealed circular valve is developed for valve demand of ultra-low internal leakage. Double exocentric structure of the valve can ensure that the sealing fits perfectly, so as to achieve high tightness. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high strength.

    Product features

    Valve are all made of carbon steel, SUS304 or other high-quality alloy steel, with good corrosion resistance. Oil-free shaft sleeve used has self-lubricating function, which can avoid maintenance in the future. Double eccentric structure can avoid the rotation gap between valve shaft and seal ring, so as to ensure fully fitting of valve plate and seal ring, and sealing performance of valve. In additional, double eccentric structure can eliminate rotation interference between valve plate and seal ring, thus, valve plate can move without resistance. Metal seal or rubber seal can be selected to meet different occasions and requirements.
